I am on an apple kick lately. The Honey Crisp apples I have been getting at the grocery store have been ginormous and so tasty. Today I wanted something to dip them in so I made a healthy fruit dip. So simple and so delicious.
Peanut Butter Fruit Dip
1/4 C 0% Chobani Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1 T Natural Peanut Butter
1 tsp Honey
Mix all ingredients well in a bowl and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. This will help it thicken a bit before dunking your apple slices. Enjoy! :)
