Peanut Butter Coffee Smoothie - HEALTHY!

Experimenting with frozen coffee drinks is becoming way too fun!  I did have a major fail the other day though, ended up tossing it down the drain it was so bad.  Today's mix turned out fantastical!

I had this for a mid-morning snack/caffeine fix. It's multi-tasking food!  


Peanut Butter Coffee Smoothie
3/4 C Ice
3/4 C Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1 Packet Instant Coffee
1 tsp Stevia
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
2 T Natural Peanut Butter
Handful of spinach
1/2 Frozen Banana (cut into chunks)

Throw it all in the blender until it becomes milkshake-like consistency. ENJOY! :)
