This is absolutely the best thing ever!!
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Muscle Milk Light brand)
1/4 C egg white (about 2 eggs)
1/2 mashed banana
1 tsp cinnamon
1 T ground flaxseed
After mixing the above ingredients add in 1/4 C fresh blueberries.
Cook like a pancake! Enjoy!! :)
