*Hey Coffee Lovers!*

My Favorites:
*Starbucks - Cinnamon Dolce Latte with SOY! (iced or hot) Tall 12 oz. - This is a treat, not to have on a regular basis (190 calories 3.5g fat when made with soy) (160 calories 0g fat when made with non-fat milk) Both with NO WHIP! :) check out the health-friendlier version below:
*My homemade version: 1 C unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1/2 C double strength coffee, 1/8 tsp vanilla extract (1 tsp if using imitation vanilla), 1/8 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp of Stevia.  ONLY 40 calories!!! **If you want a pumpkin spice latte use pumpkin spice instead of cinnamon.  (Blend all ingredients in blender to get it frothy.) ENJOY! :)
