*10 Minute Workout*

In a hurry?  Don't think you have time to fit a workout in today?  Seriously?  Who doesn't have 10 minutes to spare to get their heart pumping and body sweating!?!?  GET MOVING, NO EXCUSES!! If you are reading this, stand up and push the chair away...let's get started!!

1 minute -  Jumping Jacks
2 minutes - Forward Lunges (add weights and do bicep curls to amp it up a little)
1 minute - Jumping Jack Squats
2 minutes - Ski Jumps (side to side)
1 minute - Jumping Jacks
2 mintues - Squats
1 minute - Plank (on hands or with elbows touching floor)

Now go get a drink of water and stay hydrated!  <3

Feels good to get moving, right!?!?  :)

  1. easy exercises, but I bet workout is killing, especially because it lasts 10 minutes, so it must be hard :D great blog :) xoxo :)
